Liguied crystal French wine thermometer

A french chain of shops selling wines – like liquor stores – created a promotion nationally across France to encourage consumers to visit and to purchase wine from the Loire valley region.

On purchasing any two bottles of wine from the Loire region of France, they received the branded Wine Thermometer Card free. 20,000 wine thermometer cards were supplied, and the promotion ran for one month, and coincided with TV advertising.

The aim was to promote the quality and variety of Loire wines, with a variety to cater for all budgets. The cards were produced on 300 gsm artboard, litho printed on both sides.

A 5 event l/c strip was fixed to the front, and both sides gloss overlaminated for protection. The thermometer strip´s five events went from 4°C to 21°C, showing the correct temperatures to serve champagne , white, rose and red wines.
